How to Register & Pay for Online Career Training (ed2go) Courses

If you’re ready to enroll in an online career training program through Volunteer State, follow the steps below to successfully register, create your account, and submit payment.

Step 1: Browse and Select a Program

1. Visit the Vol State online training portal
2. Browse categories like IT, Healthcare, Business, and Skilled Trades
3. Click on a course to view:
   • Description
   • Cost
   • Duration
   • Certification details

📌 These programs are non-credit workforce courses designed to help you gain career skills and certifications. (Volunteer State Community College)

Step 2: Click “Enroll Now”

Once you’ve selected a course:

1. Click the “Enroll Now” button on the course page
2. You will be redirected to the secure registration and checkout system

Step 3: Create or Log Into Your Account

You’ll be prompted to:

• Log in (if you already have an account), OR
• Create a new account using:
  • Your name
  • Email address
  • Password

👉 This account is required to access your course and track progress. (ed2go)

Step 4: Review Your Order

Before payment:

• Confirm course name and price
• Verify your personal information
• Ensure your email is correct (this is where access instructions will be sent)

Step 5: Submit Payment

1. Enter your payment information (credit/debit card)
2. Submit your order

• Full payment is typically required at checkout
• These programs are not eligible for federal financial aid (FAFSA/Pell Grant) (VSCC Online Career Training)
• Some students may qualify for:
  • Workforce funding (WIOA)
  • Employer sponsorship

Step 6: Access Your Course

After payment:

• You will receive a confirmation email
• Follow instructions to log in and begin your course
